CANCELLATION POLICY
At Vinaphoto.com, we initiate our editing process almost immediately after an order is placed to ensure our industry-leading turnaround times. Therefore, our cancellation policy is strictly dependent on the real-time status of your order:
1. Before Processing Begins (Eligible for Cancellation)
- If you cancel your order while its status is still "Pending" or before our editing team has commenced work, you are eligible for a full cancellation.
- Any payments made for the canceled order will be fully refunded to your account as store credit for future use.
2. After Processing Starts (Ineligible for Cancellation)
- Once an order status changes to "In Progress" or our editors have begun working on your assets, the order cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be issued.
- We kindly ask that you double-check all instructions, files, and brackets before final submission to avoid any accidental charges.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please check your order status on your dashboard immediately. If the order is still eligible, you can cancel it directly through the system. For urgent alignment or assistance, please contact our support team immediately at hello@vinaphoto.com.
